Snowfall is getting severe in winter season as the climate is changing. Accordingly people should spend more time and money in maintaining road, walking paths, parking lots to remove snow and ice in winter season. There have been many developments to replace rock salts, which is being mostly used as deicer today, but failed to spread them out due to expensive costse when compared to their efficiency.

Rock salts or calcium chloride, which are chloride-lon-based deicers are harmful to environment and very corrosive. Thus, the deicing products today causes many problems to vehicles, building fixtures and finally to environment by spoiling water, vagetation, and microorganism. Nevertheless, the fact is that those chloride-based deicers are being mostly used because any alternatives are not satisfing both in their effectiveness and costing.

Chloride based deicers causes rapid corrosions to metals, concrete and asphalt and thereby reduces shelflife of vehicles and road facilities. It’s proven sientifically that chloride-based deicers are harm to plants, vegetables and other living organisms and can cause various skin problems on human body and animals. It can spoil rivers and soils after liquefaction with snow. It₂causes rapid corrosions to metals, concrete and asphalt and thereby reduces durability of vehicles and road facilities especially on the welding surfaces of bridges. It’s hard to store for long period of time since CaCl₂solidifies after water absorption

JF-1004, new innovative deicer for people and environment.
Based on environment technology, Eco-company is making environment for people.
JF-1004 can be a solution for winter season deining and street cleaning. It stays on the surfaces for longer time compare to the regular deicers. By just close the container itself after the first application, there is no conflict in quality for longer period of time. Especially, it is not a chloride based product which does not have any effects On soils and water pollution. Since it does not have any additional expenditure after the application, JF-1004 is an economical as well.

Benefits of JF 1004;
- No impacts on environment such as water and vagitation , certified from various test reports (water flea, cyprinodont, earthworm)
- Alkali product can neutralize the acid soil and water
- Non-corrosive to buidling fixtures and automotives
- Hard to be re-frozen as it last prolong in melting snow and ice (-20℃ ∼ -80℃)
- Can wash off dust on the roads while removing snow during winter season
- Easy to store and handle (no caking or precipating)
- Economical when compared to other rock salts alternatives

Cellutone is very eco-friendly as it’s made of natural cotton (atificially compressed 1~3mm cotton ball or cotton fiber). Unlike other sound absorbing materials which require expert’s installation, Anyone wiht an experienece of painting job can easily apply. It’s very unique, but efficient to insulate sound. Thanks to own properties that natural cotton has, it captures bad odor, hazardous chemicals like form-aldehyde, VOC, ammonia, and even controls moisture for comfortable atmosphere.

Looking at characteristics of Cellutone;-
- Architectural acoustic material
- Enabling acoustic textural interial spray on systems
- Environmentally friendly sound absorption
- Sound control textural fabrics
- Noise and vibration control with depth of painting
- Using natural medium of paint, which is cotton
- Biological function such as anti-fungal, anti-bacteria
- capturing hazardous chemicals, etc.
- Moisture controll
- Spraying on sound absorbing material to keep or improve sound absorbing efficiency
- Direct spray without primer coating (except oiled surface)
- And many
